Camera-ready Paper Submission
Authors of accepted papers are required to upload the camera-ready version of their paper and the signed copyright form between June 1 and June 5, 2027 (the sooner, the better).
Each accepted paper requires at least one author to have performed a Full Registration (Regular Registration, not a Student Registration) before June 1, 2027, in order to include and publish the paper in the conference proceedings. Papers that are not covered by a validated registration by this date will be withdrawn. For more information, please see the ICDAR 2027 Registration Webpage.
Instructions for preparing camera-ready files:
Incorporate all necessary changes outlined by the reviewers. Please note that substantial modifications to the reviewed paper are not permitted, unless they directly address specific reviewer feedback and improve the manuscript.
The template for camera-ready papers remains the same as the initial submission. The LNCS LaTeX template and the Overleaf template are linked here. Please note that the final paper is strictly limited to 17 pages (including figures and references), matching the initial submission limit.
The title and author list on the camera-ready document must exactly match the information provided in the CMT submission form. Adding or removing authors at this stage is strictly prohibited; however, you are encouraged to add relevant acknowledgment information if applicable.
If formatting in MS Word, save both the source document and the final PDF in a single folder on your computer. Name this folder using your Springer Meteor ID number (do not use your previous CMT Paper ID).
If formatting in LaTeX, save all source files (LaTeX documents, figures, tables, images, and .bib files) along with the exactly matching PDF in a single folder. Name this folder using your Springer Meteor ID number (do not use your previous CMT Paper ID).
Upload this folder to the Springer Meteor System using the provided link. The corresponding author for each accepted paper will receive login instructions via an invitation email from Meteor Support (please check your spam folder just in case). Once logged in, follow the homepage instructions to complete the upload. Please note that only the corresponding author is authorized to upload the final files.
Do not include any supplementary files when uploading your camera-ready files to the Springer Meteor system.
Sign the License-to-Publish Agreement. After clicking submit, you will be redirected to DocuSign to finalize the contract. The corresponding author—who must match the designated corresponding author in the paper's header—must have the full authority to sign on behalf of all co-authors and accepts responsibility for releasing the material.
A confirmation email from the Meteor System will be sent upon the successful upload of your camera-ready manuscript and the completion of the License-to-Publish Agreement.
For any question related to the publication process, please do not hesitate to contact the publication chairs (info@icdar2027.org). For more information on author guidelines, please refer to Springer Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings.
#Employees of US Government contractors or US Government departments often have to sign an alternative agreement. We urge such authors to contact their own legal departments. Any copyright issues must be resolved before the final files are sent to Springer, otherwise this can delay the publication process.
